 PRE-MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP 2011-12 CHEQUES REVALIDATION
DATE EXTENSION FOR CHEQUES WHICH HAVE EXPIRED 3 MONTHS VALIDITY
The Directorate of Minorities, Bangalore has observed that many Pre-Matric Scholarship 2011-12 Cheques dated February & March 2012 have completed the 3 months validity period. Hence School HM/Priincipal are hereby informed to send all such cheques which have crossed the 3 months VALIDITY period with a covering letter to the Directorate of Minorities, 20th Floor, V.V. Towers, Bangalore - 560001 for REVALIDATION.
The Cheques must be accompanied by a covering letter in the LETTER HEAD of the School HM / Principal. They can be sent by post / courier or handed over in person. The Directorate will REVALIDATE and send them back to the school by SPEED POST or the School can come and collect it personally.

ONLINE Transfer of Scholarship
The Post Matric Scholarship 2012-13 (Fresh & Renewal ) & Merit-cum-Means Scholarship 2012-13 (Fresh & Renewal) amount for students who are selected is being transferred by the Department of Minorities by ONLINE mode directly to the account of the student mentioned by the student in the Application Form.
The College fee amount and the maintenance allowance amount both are transferred to the Student Account. Students are hereby inform to kindly check their Bank Account to know the status of their scholarship amount.
